Hi Robert, Many thanks for your feedback. I have checked over your order details and can see that we have only charged you for what was delivered. At point of order we pre-authorised a total amount of £477.02 (including VAT) however due to the under delivery, we have only charged a total of £402.74. This should automatically reflect against your bank statement.
