Unfortunately, on this occasion we experienced an unexpected and simultaneous mechanical failure on two of our delivery vehicles. I want to reassure you that we do not "penny pinch" or compromise on vehicle maintenance or safety, quite the opposite, with our continued investment in timely fleet servicing and maintenance. It’s disappointing to hear that this situation led you to cancel your order, and we’re sorry we weren’t able to deliver the experience you rightfully expected.
