The person that took my health check was polite ,and had a good nature whilst professional and she made it feel a very relaxed atmosphere, she is very good at what she does

Comfortable, enjoyable satisfying

Smooth and professional experience.
Staff member who conducted my PTS medical was very professional, efficient and should be considered a credit to NPH. Appointment process through to arrival and completion of medical was very smooth.
