Expensive, difficult and long procedure

Ridiculously high charges (£5000!). Had to deal with the Intolerant and arrogant Laura Rouse for several months. Took too long.

Having reviewed your case we can see that your application did take longer than usual, however, much of the delay was due to waiting for third parties to send over required documentation but we apologise for any inconvenience. We can see that most correspondence was done via email and having reviewed this and the available calls we cannot see any instances of your case manager being arrogant or intolerant towards you but apologise if you were not happy with the service provided.
