Hi Edward! Thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed this situation and I'm unsure of where you received different stories, however I'm happy to help you try to understand! We had rented the Cozy Cabin you requested, Riverdriver, the night before your arrival to a guest that called for a last minute booking. The need for cleaning after that guest checked out was inadvertently missed by housekeeping the day of your arrival. Because of this error, it was not known at the time of your arrival that it hadn't been cleaned. Upon learning of the mistake, we made sure you were in an equivalent cabin to try to rectify the situation. All of our Cozy Cabins (we have six of them) are the same set up, in fact, the one you got moved to, Cant Dog, is a newer one and is much closer to the ATV trails for easy access! We're sorry that we were unable to get housekeeping back that evening to get Riverdriver cleaned, but they did clean it first thing the next morning. We certainly could have moved you back to it for your second night if you would have liked to move again, however, you stated in your reservation that you didn't want to have to move throughout the duration of your stay. I hope this clears up any confusion related to your stay. Apologies again for the miss and we look forward to seeing you again sometime!
