Thank you for your feedback, I can see from the emails attached on the file that the quote was initially sent to you on 15/08 and the policy did not incept until 14/09, it was advised to you in email correspondence that depending on when you wanted the policy to start from that it would have to be requoted with the correct start date to check there had been no rating change.
