Hi Andrei- What a pleasure it has been to read this feedback. I am sure Nico will be thrilled to read this. We are so glad that you found his various methods of giving you an analysis of your skiing techniques were helpful to you. It's lovely that he was able to make you feel confident and safe on the slopes and that you found the experience to be unforgettable. We look forward to skiing with you again soon. Thanks, Olivia

Hi Chris, Thank you for providing feedback after your lessons with Sam. We appreciate your honesty and are always looking to improve. We apologize for the issue at the start of the lesson. We usually take pride in our team's organization, punctuality, and communication skills, so we're sorry that we fell short on this occasion. During less busy weeks, our instructors can usually make up the time to compensate for any disruptions, but in this instance, the instructor must have had back-to-back lessons. Despite the circumstances, we're pleased that Sam was able to help you explore further and make you feel more confident off-piste. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed yourselves and we hope to see you again for more fun on and off-piste.
