Better cooler packaging required.
Order service was excellent but I was told that the packaging would ensure that no defrosting would take place. Items were delivered to my office. By the time I left to go home the ice bags for the...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, unfortunately our packaging does not ensure that the items will remain frozen for a number of hours and I am sorry that you was told different. Our drivers are happy to leave deliveries in a garage freezer or with a neighbour so please add any specific delivery instructions to your next order and we will assist you where we can.
