Nationwide Vehicle Contracts arvostelut

Thanks for the great feedback, Paul

That's great to hear, Michelle. Thanks for the repeat loyalty and recommendation to your son, it's much appreciated.

Hi Magdalena. Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and we're sorry to hear about the cleanliness of your vehicle. While your car should be clean both inside and out when it arrives, there may be some road dirt or unavoidable traffic film on the exterior, subject to weather conditions. That said, the windows should not be smudged, and there shouldn't be a sticky substance inside on the windscreen. Please can you send us further details to our Customer Resolutions team at cr@nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk so we can investigate this further for you?

Thanks for the great feedback, William

Hi Susanne, we're sorry to hear about the issues with delayed delivery and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our Customer Resolutions team has been chasing the supplying dealership for an update, and they have now acknowledged the case. We have also passed along your request for reimbursement of the additional insurance costs you incurred while borrowing a family member’s vehicle. We’re currently liaising with the dealership to agree an appropriate resolution and will be in touch with you directly as soon as we have a further update. If you've got any questions, get in touch with us at cr@nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk or call us on 0345 811 9595. Thank you
