I would like to address the issue regarding your pre-cruise stay. After investigating the matter it appears that there was a miscommunication between Expedia and Mundy Cruising which led to a Garden View Room being reserved for you. We were advised incorrectly that some of the Garden Rooms had sea views however this is not the case.
So even though it wasn't my fault and I was quite clear on my booking request an apology is considered closure by Mundy.
