Completely unjustified feedback - you were told at the time of ordering that we would have to get this in from the manufacturer. They didn't have it so it had to be imported from China - FOR YOU. We went the extra mile and got this in where most retailers would not have bothered. The order was shipped to you on the 9th March.

Wrong, I was told delivery would be approximately 1 week, the delivery has NOT been received still! I WAS not told it was coming from China or I would have expected a delay of longer than normal.
