Extremely disappointed with the return service. The return was received by Moss Bros on the l2th June at 2.00. Rung them today 18th June to find out when I might receive refund and after some discussion, managed to find out that it could be Wednesday 20th. - no guarantees. I fail to see why a return payment takes 8 days to process. Based on my experience, I would not use Moss Bros on line again.
