Thank you for your positive feedback. We are taking on board your comments about freight. At this moment there is just one delivery charge €12.50+vat whether you order just one product or several items. If it is a large order it represents very good value. However, we are aware it can be a little steep for a small item and are looking at ways to try and get this reduced. The advantage for the current method is that you have it next day delivery (if in stock) to most parts of Ireland and the UK. We may start to subsidise smaller orders that are less than €50 ex vat and see how that works out. Maybe around €6.50+vat.
Good reliable service. Questions are always responded to whether by email or phone. The online chat service is not always answered immediately but leaving an email will get a response.
