We have already written to the customer personally about this unfortunate situation. Normally the drivers and couriers are extremely helpful and courteous. However on this occasion the courier company hired extra outside contractors due to work overload last week. They assure me they will not be hiring this outside courier again. Again, apologies for his abrupt behaviour.
