Hi, After receiving your email stating that you had given us the incorrect address, we started a correspondence with Royal Mail. The parcel was confirmed by GPS and photo id as being left at the address you provided and later you confirmed it was, in fact, the correct address. We sent an email confirmation of our interaction with Royal Mail.. If the parcel was taken from your address and had not been intercepted by a neighbour on your behalf, then Royal Mail will investigate further, and Royal Mail and ourselves will be in touch in due course.

Hi Suzanne, Your email was replied to on Monday, 9th Feb, after we were sent the email on Sunday, 8th Feb. You stated in the email that you should have received 1 of the Numinox 250ml and that you should have received 2. You would not have been able to order 2 of the Numinox 250ml for the price of £52.73 The price is correct for 1 x Numinox 250ml, as there was a 5% discount on the full price of £55.00. The item sent was 1 x 250ml Numinox Follicle Revitaliser, which is a hair and scalp revitaliser. The invoice would have reflected the correct price and number of items. kind regards
