Good afternoon, Steve from Markel Direct here. Thank you for taking the time to talk to me this afternoon – again, I apologise that you were inconvenienced by the direct debit set up process. I can confirm that, as requested, I’ve now moved your payment onto an annual basis, so thank you for sticking with us and giving us the opportunity to put things right. If I can be of any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to call me on 0845 688 2500. Kind regards, Steve
