Thank you for your feedback via Feefo. My best advice to prevent any future problems with condensation is to remove the panel(s) during the warmer summer weather and let the window frames dry out completely.
Are the outside putties in good condition? Moisture may have permeated into the wood and once inside the cavity it becomes trapped and has nowhere to go.

Excellent customer service, Magneglaze replaced goods damaged in transit without hesitation and with acceptable speed.
There is no option on the on-line order form to specify which colour magnetic strip you require, or any special requests. The customer has to e-mail or phone separately, which is an uneccessary...

As advised on the maintenance and care instructions, it is advisable to remove panels from hot spots during the warmer months.
The frame strips should NOT part company from the window.
This will only happen if the surface is not fully receptive and has not been prepared carefully. The strength of the magnetic tape is significant and they will de-laminate if there is any unevenness.
