Thank you for travelling with us and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the itinerary and found the food and wine to be spectacular. It is wonderful to know that your first coach tour experience met your expectations. We are especially pleased to hear your kind words about the Travel Concierge. It sounds like she went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had the best possible experience. Her dedication, warmth and enthusiasm truly reflect the spirit of our team, and your praise will certainly be shared with her and her manager. We appreciate your feedback regarding meal choices and the suggestion to collect information on guests’ food preferences in addition to dietary restrictions. This is a very helpful idea, and we will share it with our operations team for future consideration. Thank you also for your comments on the wine tasting experience. We’re glad you enjoyed learning about the winemaking process and will review how we might enhance the experience by providing more detailed information on the wines themselves. We are so pleased that you had such an enjoyable and memorable trip, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time with your Travel Concierge, and we will be sure to share your kind words with them. We are, however, very sorry to learn that several aspects of your journey did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the number of stops and the limited time at certain destinations. Your suggestion to allow more time in selected locations and to plan visits when local attractions are open is much appreciated, and we will share this with our planning team for consideration in future itineraries. We also regret that your experience with the airport transfers and the included dining did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. Please accept our apologies for the unprofessional behaviour of the pick-up driver and for the disappointment with the Michelin restaurant and winery visit. Your comments will be reviewed with our local partners to ensure that our guests receive the quality and service they deserve. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding meal inclusions. We understand that having more dinners included, particularly at the hotels, can make the experience more convenient and enjoyable, and we will take this into account when reviewing future tour arrangements. We truly appreciate your honesty and the time you’ve taken to share your thoughts. Your insights help us continue improving our itineraries and guest experience. We hope that, despite these challenges, there were still memorable moments during your journey, and we would be delighted to welcome you on another tour in the future.
