On all of our Luxury Gold trips, we endeavour to incorporate the perfect amount of time for included activities, shopping and leisure time. However, we thank you for raising your concerns about the itinerary and we will look closely at your feedback, to determine how this experience could be improved further. Our guests should not feel pressured to provide tips and all gratuities should be extended solely at your discretion, therefore we will be bringing this to the attention of our Travel Directors' manager to be addressed. We would like to assure you that these comments are not in line with those that we usually receive and so, we will strive to make any necessary improvements to the itinerary.
