The selling methods in different regions can be a complete contrast to our own and we appreciate that some may feel overwhelmed in the moment. However, it is never our wish for our guests to be uncomfortable or feel pressured into buying anything in which they have no interest. Although with that said, we are incredibly pleased to read about the efforts of our Team to ensure a seamless adventure for you in Egypt and we truly hope that you will join us again for another top quality travelling experience. 

Getting from exciting destination to destination across this large region can require some extended periods of travel; however, we endeavour to tailor our itineraries in a way that allows our guests to explore each country in depth. Even so, we certainly regret to learn that the organisation of the trip wasn't completely to your satisfaction; therefore, your comments have been forwarded to our Product Development Team for their consideration. Furthermore, your concerns about the cuisine served during your vacation are now with our Quality Control Team to be addressed. We are disappointed that you didn't enjoy this experience as much as you had others with ourselves, yet, we are pleased that the accommodations all meet your expectations. The Inspiring Indochina itinerary is a wonderful way to spend a snapshot of time in this incredible region and we are delighted to read such fantastic feedback, and whilst doing so learn that you had an amazing experience discovering all three fascinating countries with Luxury Gold. We are sorry that you were unable to interact with the other members of the group on the first night as you would have liked; the opportunity to socialise with your Travel Director and guests is normally a possibility and so we will certainly review this to see what could have happened. As well, along the way, our coaches will pause for comfort stops for our guests' well-being, however, should our guest have any concerns the Travel Director will be more than happy to assist. What's more, we understand just how frustrating flight delays can be and we are sorry to learn of any discomfort that they caused you. Nevertheless, we hope that you still had many wonderful experiences and have lasting memories that you can look back on fondly forever.
