Luxury Gold arvostelut

Thank you for such a generous and detailed review. It is encouraging to hear that your Travel Concierge's knowledge, enthusiasm and entertaining style left such a strong impression, and we will ensure this recognition is passed on directly. We are pleased that the coach comfort and overall itinerary structure worked well for you, and we take note of your comments regarding the Michelin lunch, which took longer than expected and left little time to explore Glasgow. This is useful feedback as we continue to review the pacing of included experiences. Thank you once again for such a thoughtful account and for recommending the trip so warmly. We hope to welcome you on another journey before long.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and comparative review. It is encouraging to hear that your Travel Concierge handled matters with such discretion, kindness and good humour, alongside evident generosity and knowledge, all of which we will ensure are passed on directly. We take note of your comments regarding the accommodations falling somewhat short of the standard set by your previous Central Europe trip with Luxury Gold, as well as the limited access to pool facilities, and this comparison is genuinely useful in helping us assess consistency across our hotel partnerships. Your observation about the pace of moving between destinations, and how this occasionally limited the time available to properly experience each city, is similarly valuable as we continue to review the balance struck within our itineraries. Thank you once again for such a considered account, and we hope to welcome you on another journey before long.

Thank you for such enthusiastic feedback. It is encouraging to hear that this journey lived up to being a genuinely once-in-a-lifetime experience for you. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you on another journey before long.

Thank you for such positive feedback. It is encouraging to hear that the experience ran smoothly and professionally from pick-up to drop-off, and that the itinerary was followed with such precision throughout. The balance struck between activities and sightseeing is something we take particular care with, so it is good to know this worked well for you. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to welcome you on another journey before long.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for such positive feedback. It is encouraging to hear that every stage of the journey, from hotel check-in through to luggage handling and post-tour transfers, ran so seamlessly. The opportunity to take in so much of Scotland's history, palaces and castles sounds to have made for a rich and memorable itinerary. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to welcome you on another journey before long.

Thank you for such a considered review, particularly as someone not typically inclined towards coach travel. It is encouraging to hear that Luxury Gold's smaller group size, along with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the coaches and the Coach Driver's evident safety-consciousness, made for such a comfortable experience overall. Your Travel Concierge's coordination and the well-structured overview itinerary sound to have worked well together, and it is particularly pleasing that attending the Edinburgh Military Tattoo provided such a fitting highlight. Thank you once again for sharing such a thoughtful account, and we hope to welcome you on another journey before long.

Thank you for such warm feedback. It is encouraging to hear that your Travel Concierge's efficiency and attentiveness stood out so clearly, and that the sites visited each day left such a strong impression. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to welcome you on another journey before long.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for such a detailed and considered account of your trip. We are pleased that your Travel Concierge and Coach Driver's genuine warmth left such a strong impression, and that the home visits offered such an intimate and engaging insight into local life. We are sorry to hear, however, of the difficulties you encountered with the air conditioning at one hotel, and in particular the manner in which your concerns were addressed before the issue was eventually resolved. This does not reflect the standard of customer service we expect. We are equally sorry that the laundry service did not meet a reasonable standard, and we understand your frustration at having to rewash items you had paid to have properly cleaned and folded. We are pleased that the final hotel made such a positive impression, and we note your suggestion that a few additional days would have allowed more time in the towns visited along the way. We appreciate, too, your kindness in recommending our tours to others despite these setbacks, and thank you for taking the time to share such thorough and constructive feedback.
