Communication is very important and I have always been able to get through to them. They work hard to make all transfers go smoothly. When there has been a glitch they persist until it is resolved.

Excellent service all round. We had an unusual pick up from an airbnb on our first day of walking and the guy that picked up our luggage rang and confirmed to reassure us that it was collected....

Our luggage was picked up and delivered each day as planned. On the first day we were late in meeting our courier however he was still very friendly and not upset by the delay.
