The only issue is lack of a phone no. But always answered messages and emails within 1 day. Great service, and refund given promptly due to covid 19. I cannot say that is true with Hotels, Eurostar...

I shipped my luggage expecting it to take the 5 days it was labelled as but it arrived OVERNIGHT! We are still shocked with how easy and how QUICK it was? Not sure if they drove it down, flew it down...

Like most people who had booked a trip it was cancelled. Unlike the airlines Luggage Mule refunded the cost immediately. I will definitely be back when restrictions are lifted.
