LoveCrafts arvostelut

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoy the wool content, muted colors, and how far the yarn goes. We’re sorry to hear about the variations in thickness and the occasional knots, though. Some natural variation can occur with wool yarn, and occasional knots can also happen during the manufacturing process. We really appreciate you continuing to choose this yarn, and if you ever have any concerns about the quality of a particular skein, please feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to take a look and assist you. Best wishes, Julie and the LoveCrafts

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the yarn. Manufacturers consider up to three knots per ball to be within the normal industry tolerance. However, the thick sections and breaks in the yarn you described are not typical and certainly not the experience we want for our customers. As you haven’t contacted us about this previously, we’ll reach out to you by email so we can look into this further and see how we can help. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Best wishes, Julie and the LoveCrafts Team

Thank you for taking the time to share this additional feedback. We completely understand your frustration, especially with your many years of knitting experience. While a small number of joins can occur during the manufacturing process, we appreciate that finding knots or other flaws can be disappointing when you’re working on a project. We’re glad to hear that the majority of the yarn was fine, but we’re sorry that these issues affected your experience. If you ever have any concerns with yarn in the future, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to see how we can help. Best wishes, Julie and the LoveCrafts Team
