Looking4Parking.com compare the prices of hundreds of car parks at worldwide airports but we don't own/operate them or provide the services which is why there are two separate sections on the review form. If you would like to log a complaint with the car parking company concerned, please send the details and your booking reference to customer.service@looking4.com and we will contact them on your behalf. Alternatively we do have many other companies available to book and we hope that your experience with this service won't deter you from using our price comparison website in the future.
