Product was shipped with wrong instruction manual. Depart list with this manual was different from required. After a shipment of missing parts, and then a return of everything, they sent me a new box...

Dhipped on time, but the USPS lost the order and shipped it to the wrong City & State...Pool supplies immedistely shipped out a replacement at N/C to me...then the original ahowed up too...

My order took 13 days to be delivered. I should have bought from the vendor I normally use. Delivery from them is normally 3-4 days max.

I realize the bottom line is profitability, however the use of the USPS is not the quickest method of delivery. UPS is about the same cost for shipping and much quicker.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS for shipping, and on occasion, they will encounter delays that are out of our control. We appreciate that all of our shipping partners get a large majority of our orders to our customers within the scheduled time, but they do encounter these delays on very rare occasions.
