Miten tarkastamme arvostelut?

Miten käsittelemme väärennettyjä arvosteluja?

Feefo estää ihmisiä jättämästä väärennettyjä arvosteluja, koska pyydämme vain tarkastettuja ostajia antamaan palautetta.

Thank you for leaving a review for Kiwi House Sitters. We have also contacted you directly to further discuss how we can improve your experience in the future.

I am sorry that you had this experience when using our site. We appreciate it can be frustrating if you take the time to contact a house sitter only to find out that they are not available for your house sit. We do email our house sitters regularly to ask them to keep their profiles up to date in terms of their availability. We have also recently upgraded our site and this includes a new Availability Calendar which we hope will make it even easier for our house sitters to update their availability. After much consideration and taking into account feedback from our members, we are now in the process of creating a new rating/review system which will allow home owners and house sitters to provide feedback regarding their house sit. These ratings/reviews would be visible on the house sitters profile and the home owners ad for all members to view. We are expecting this to be implemented in the next few months.

We always appreciate feedback from our members as this allows us to understand how they are using our site and what is working (and not working) so we can continually improve our site to provide the best experience possible. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review.
