I agree, I called you once, I then received three call backs and only the third person could carry out my request. During my discussion with your staff member I mentioned that I had been trying for a week to get my insurance on line and could not get past step 1, I was told you had a new system, I asked for M&S vouchers as compensation and was told that you don’t do M&S but you do Amazon and that your staff member could sort that out for me. The problem with your website was simply that I could not get past step 1 so ended up phoning in to get my insurance. Thanks Bruce
