If you apply for separate quotes using different email addresses and different job descriptions then we're likely to follow them up independently. As soon as you raised the issue with our contact centre we immediately put a stop to any contact that you did not want to receive. With regard to the certificate of insurance - as explained to you during your previous phone call, the policy schedule you were provided with after purchasing your insurance acts as your certificate for public liability and professional indemnity, alongside the certificate you were provided with for employers' liability.
