Refreshing to purchase off an independent retailer.

As the online store is a separate part of our business from the store that you were in, they would not have the ability to process the return for you on their system - I believe this would be why they advised you to contact the online store team. I ordered a new amplifier online using the click and collect option. The service was amazing, it was ready for collection the next day.
