We will always gladly without hesitation replace faulty items. As well as email you can always call us on 08445679607. We received your email and we replied to you on Saturday evening at 20:34 to your hotmail account. The email may be in your junk mail so I have forwarded the response again but from our personal email account. I would like to resolve this, perhaps a credit on your account for another item up to the value you have paid or send us a copy of your repair receipt and we will cover it?
