I'm sorry that delivery for this order was not up to our standards. Last week we completed a total change to our delivery service and I'm pleased to tell you that we now are seeing all orders arrive within 1-4 days (depending if its 1st or 2nd class post). All orders are now tracked so delivery can be confirmed. I hope that you will consider trying us again and will be pleased by the improvement to our delivery timescales.
