Following a thorough investigation with our management team and our dedicated Sales Progressor, who is responsible for liaising between clients and solicitors throughout the transaction process, we can confirm that your sale took considerably longer than the average timeframe to complete. We fully understand how frustrating and stressful this must have been for all parties involved. Our review has established that neither the buyer's solicitor nor the seller's solicitor was selected from our panel of recommended conveyancing partners. While we recognise the delays that occurred, the progression of the legal process was managed independently by the instructed solicitors.
