All good, but they only do manual hire cars, while my wife prefers automatics. Seems an odd lacuna, so only 4/5

Thank you for your comments we are glad you had a lovely stay in Jersey and enjoyed the wonderful Longueville Manor hotel. Our hire car partner is Europecar whose fleet is made up of mainly manual cars, automatics can only be available on a request basis and are never guaranteed prior arrival. I can see you did contact our office prior to your trip and cancelled the hire car originally booked and we provided a refund in full. We do hope that you visit Jersey again and please do not hesitate to contact us at Jerseytravel if we could assist.
All good except overcharge of the transfer from airport to hotel

Very good. The only problem was one where I was unable to complete check in procedures due to my "operator problem" to understand and use IT systems. Airport staff were absolutely wonderful in...
