I found the web site a bit frustrating - especially had problems when trying to check final flight timings. Also, when made initial booking had to make phone contact as was not clear on booking...

Process straightforward, site reasonably user friendly
Easy to find a hotel and a fairly clear display of a range of prices to help us choose. However, we did have a "problem" with one particular hotel (Merton) that kept "popping up" as we searched...
Efficient, friendly staff. Liked the suggestions of where to go, where to eat, etc., on back of the confirmation letter. Everything went according to plan.
Thank you for the opportunity. My wife and I are actually Jersey born but have lived in Australia for these past 50 years, therefore, this trip of 6 1/2 weeks was in fact to celebrate both our 50...
