Hi David, Firstly, I would like to apologise in the delay for your order. I understand one of my colleagues has spoken to you explaining that our courier had misplaced your order and couldn't let us know of an update, despite us chasing them.We got an answer this morning, saying that they found your order and it is going to be delivered this afternoon. After speaking with my colleague we know that you have purchased the item elsewhere now, therefore we have issued a full refund on your order and have asked the couriers not to deliver. We deliver using a variety of transport options, including our own vehicles and courier services. In this instance your order got sent on a third party courier and we will be passing on your comments with the issue to them and our sales team, so we can try to prevent this situation from happening again.I apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused and hope it doesn't put you off from ordering with us again.
