Thanks for your comments - we are sorry that you have found delivery a little slow at times. We endeavour to dispatch orders on the day that we receive them but sometimes during busy spells this is not always possible. However delivery time is usually always between 2-5 working days to mainland UK locations.

Our website is ever evolving and we are working to make loading speeds faster as well as adding more and more information regarding the products, including more photos, videos and leaflet PDFs. It is always worth visiting back as things are constantly being added and improved! I am sorry you have found the passwords tricky, if you ever click on the 'forgotten your password' button you will find that a replacement password comes through to your inbox faster than many other websites, and you can then change it back to your preferred password via the 'my account' section of the site ready for when you wish to log in again in the future.
