I'll tell you what annoys everyone, Steve, is asking for a rating and then replying with a snarky comment when someone leaves a poor review that you don't like. Your rating website did not allow me to continue with my review unless I nominated a number of stars. But you certainly have convinced me never to shop with you again!
By the way I have now used the coconut milk that I initially 'reviewed' - I found it thin, insipid, and overpriced. Kind of like your website.
