You may have heard chefs and others talk about picking your own mushrooms, because of this there has been a shrinking harvest of mushrooms types due to a lack of spores spreading and growing new mushrooms, what is available is either highly expensive or not available, of what is available we used to be able to buy a mixed pallet but now we have to buy a full pallet of a single type and that is too much for us to do, wished we had the mushrooms too but market pressures are preventing this at the moment, hope this helps to explain why they are not available, any queries just contact us, Steve
