The application process was simple and straightforward. Pricing was good and being a 'senior' had some benefits! Hopefully we won't need to make a claim, but it does give us peace of mind.

I’ve been trying to get my policy but links sent do not work, phone takes ages for click prompts and waiting for answer to email. Not at all efficient or user friendly.
