Not totally happy with having to wait nearly a month for a new cooker to be back in stock, however Hotpoint kept me informed of the progress of my order by email and telephone.

I am sorry to hear that you find your appliance to be noisy. This may be because it is on uneven ground and needs levelling out. It could also be because of the garments you are putting into the dryer.
If you find your appliance to be excessively noisy and it is on a level flooring or has been levelled out, please could you contact our service line on: 03448 224 224.
The service line will be best to advise you and if needed book an engineer visit. You appliance is covered by the 1 year labour and 10 year parts warranty.
