Hi Ruby thank you very much for your order. I am really sorry your item has not arrived yet. I have checked my emails and your message ended up in the spam folder which I don't check sorry. I have tracked your parcel and Royal Mail says it cant be delivered as it has an incorrect address on it. Please can you get back to me with your correct address. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/3204581290004509CAC4C Kind regards Adam

Hi Sarah, thank you very much for your order. Our driver has been trying to deliver your mirror, but you have left the wrong phone number on your order. The phone number did not ring out. We have emailed you a couple of times requesting your correct phone number with no reply. We use our own man in van he can't set off and drive 90 miles and deliver this huge mirror without knowing that someone is definitely going to be in. The driver now has your number and will be in touch to arrange delivery. Kind regards Adam

Hi, Tiggy. Thank you very much for your order and valuable feedback.

100% Agree with what you are saying. My standard has slipped, and Iv struggled to run everything on my own. I will improve on it and get back to the standards I have set previously.

We are moving back to our old manufacturer where the quality is much higher, so we aim to get everything perfect.

I do apologise this transaction did not work out.

I have reviewed my previous email correspondence I counted the word sorry x 4 and the word apologise once. So 5 times in all I said sorry as I genuinely care and I want all my customers to be happy.

I also looked at email speed all the emails were answered within 24 hours apart from one email which was just over 24 hours.
