Hello

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for the disappointment caused due to your item not being delivered as arranged.

As discussed with myself I have arranged for this to be delivered to you on Wednesday and I have expressed how important that this is delivered as arrange with the driver. Due to the bad weather I think this just delayed some shipments by a few days which I know is frustrating.
