Very easy to book online. I wanted to swap the hotel for the holiday.... It was made so easy and the agent also booked my seats and the medical assistance in the same phone call. He was so helpful.

I have limited mobility I need a guaranteed walk in shower or step over bath with safety grab rails. It was extremely difficult to ascertain if the hotels had these facilities. It is not a big ask...
