Insurance is recommended from the booking stage to cover any unforeseen circumstances which may result in predeparture cancellation. Our terms and conditions also encourage immediate insurance cover. We regret that this was not mentioned at the time of booking but our website does have a link to our insurance partners who will be able to offer very good rates. During the booking process the flights increased in costs. It is rare that this situation occurs and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. As we were no longer to fulfill the holiday at the quoted price a full and immediate refund of the deposit was raised and should now be showing in your account. With regard to any negative reviews to which you may refer, we would point out that UK review centres, including Feefo, have very good percentages in our favour as the reviews posted are guaranteed to be from genuine customers. It is unfortunate that other websites do not offer the same guarantee and are open to abuse.
