Thank you for your comments. However, it would appear that we have had no formal complaint regarding this issue which would enable us to address the issues raised with the supplier. We act only as agents in your booking and this is highlighted in the terms and conditions issued to you. We rely on our suppliers to provide the information regarding the hotels as it would be unreasonable to expect any agent to visit every hotel worldwide. The accommodation voucher issued to you included emergency telephone numbers to be used in the event of any issues which could not be resolved with the hotel. We also note that the hotel booked was chosen by you and was changed after the original confirmation. Should you wish this to be addressed as a formal complaint, please email customerliaison@holidaygems.co.uk
