The booking to which this review relates was charged at the website price so we refute that you have been 'overcharged'. Further, the booking is for a single room and we are somewhat confused as to a request for rooms together. If another booking is linked to this booking please email admin@holidaygems.co.uk so that the request may be made with our suppliers. Your booking was made on 14 May and according to our records documents were sent on 15 May. Our system downloads the information to our admin system overnight and documents sent at that time. We regret that you found this delay inconvenient and trust that your holiday may now progress without further issue
