Hi Chris, we are actually changing the hotel in Sallent for next season and our Village to Village guests will stay at 3* Hotel Valle de Izas which has a great breakfast buffet. With regards to the route in Caterias - the path you took is horrible and that's why the directions don't go that way! I'll mark on the map in the future that this path is not to be taken.

The routes were superb, well-planned and led by excellent guides Curro and David. The transfers were prompt, and the meals in Biescas were excellent.
