Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us at the Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana.AsSecrets is an adults-only property,I can understand your disappointment over the presence of children from the sister resort who are able to use this hotel's facilities, and I do hope that this wasn't too disrupting. I was also sorry to hear that there were some communication issues with the staff, and this matter too has been passed on to our product team for their further consideration. Dream holiday

We hopefully had a lucky escape - tried to cancel holiday before we went due to virus !!! The day after we left the island it was closed - and people are now advised by the government not to travel...

Unfortunately, at the time when you expressed your wishes to cancel your holiday, there were no restrictionson travel to theisland of Vilamendhoo, and normal terms and conditions would have applied had you decided to cancel. We can understand thatyou would have been reluctant to travel at present; however, as the situation is changing constantly, we are only able to act based on the currentadvice of the FCO.
