Thank you very much for taking the time to review the service provided to your charity recently. Being very much aware of your enquiry from the start and knowing the effort that James put into it to make sure that we all got the desired outcome was pleasing to see. We wish you and the charity all of the best.

Experience in 2024
Approachable knowledgeable and friendly service. This year at renewal they were a little slower than I would have expected, to respond to some points, but after chasing up we got there.

Don't understand ?
Ruby was extremely helpful and was most efficient. What impressed me was that this was very small policy financially, and still great service.
Thankyou Runy
